Payment Policy
How and when you're charged on bidr.
1. Verification before bidding
You must verify your email and save a valid payment method before bidding. You are not charged to bid.
2. When you're charged
Auction winners are charged after the auction ends. Instant Claim buyers are charged immediately. If a reserve is not met, no charge is made.
3. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we notify you and retry according to policy. Repeated failures may restrict your account.
4. Security
All payments are processed by Stripe. bidr never stores raw card numbers and verifies every webhook event before acting on it.
