1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, Discord identifiers), bidding and order history, and limited device/risk signals collected to prevent fraud where legally appropriate.
2. How we use data
To operate auctions, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support, and send notifications you've opted into.
3. Payment data
Card data is collected and stored by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. bidr never stores raw card numbers.
4. Public display
To protect privacy, bidders are shown only as masked usernames (e.g. "Co***67"). We never publicly display full names or email addresses.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support to exercise these rights.
