Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the bidr marketplace. By creating an account or placing a bid you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use bidr. Accounts must contain accurate information.
2. Accounts & security
You are responsible for activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication where offered. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Bidding is binding
Placing a bid is a serious commitment. Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, a winning bid may form a legally binding contract to purchase the item at the final price plus applicable shipping and taxes. Do not bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
4. Prohibited conduct
Shill bidding, price manipulation, fraudulent payments, and listing prohibited items are strictly forbidden and may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
5. Fees & payments
Buyers pay the final bid amount plus applicable shipping and taxes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your raw card details.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, and may cancel or remove auctions at our discretion.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, bidr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
