Refund Policy
We want every purchase to be a great experience. Here's how refunds work.
1. Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if an item materially differs from its description, arrives damaged, or is not received. Open a dispute within 3 days of delivery.
2. Reserve not met
If a reserve is not met, no charge is made — there is nothing to refund.
3. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed securely back to your original payment method via Stripe. Timing depends on your bank.
